NorthEPR is taking on design partners

A design partner is a producer or importer that runs its real product catalogue and units sold through NorthEPR during the validation phase, at no charge. NorthEPR estimates your fees from your own numbers, and I go through every result with you.

I am Vishal Jain. I built NorthEPR, and I run each design partnership myself.

Who it is for

A producer or importer that supplies packaged goods into Canada or the US and has, or may have, packaging EPR filings in one or more of the jurisdictions NorthEPR covers. It suits a company with enough products and enough jurisdictions that the filing is real work.

What you get

• Your own catalogue and units sold, run through NorthEPR, with every obligation result and fee figure worked from your numbers.
• Each jurisdiction's result with its reason.
• Honest labels: where a rate is unpublished, NorthEPR labels it estimate, TBD or unpriced.
• A draft report for each filing you owe.
• Onboarding with me. I load or check your catalogue with you, go through the results with you and stay on the account through your reporting cycle.
• A say in what gets fixed and built next.

What you give

• Your product catalogue, one row per packaging component, with a material and a weight in grams for each. You can type it in, import a CSV file or reuse components you have already entered.
• Your units sold per product and jurisdiction for the reporting year, and your revenue by jurisdiction with your global revenue.
• The real numbers, the ones you would file.
• One named person who owns the answer when a figure looks wrong.
• Twenty minutes after each reporting cycle on what was slow, what came out wrong and what was missing.

What it costs

Nothing during the validation phase: no subscription, no onboarding fee, no invoice and no contract. Either side can stop at any point.

After the validation phase, the published prices on the pricing page apply, and you are under no obligation to buy.

What NorthEPR does not do

It does not file for you. For each filing, NorthEPR prepares a draft report from your data, and you review it, export it, and file it yourself.

It does not collect regulator or PRO fees. Regulator and PRO fees are separate and paid to them directly.
