NorthEPR is packaging EPR compliance software for producers and importers that sell packaged goods in Canada and the United States. It covers 16 jurisdictions, checks your data against each one's own thresholds, and shows the reason behind every result.

NorthEPR is built by Vishal Jain in Fredericton, New Brunswick. NorthEPR is operated by Vishal Jain, Fredericton, New Brunswick. Incorporation is pending; this notice will be updated when the corporate entity is in place.
What we build
One national brand can owe 14+ packaging EPR filings across two countries. NorthEPR keeps your catalogue, volumes and company facts in one place, evaluates them against the obligations rules of each jurisdiction it covers, estimates the fees from the published schedules it maintains, and prepares a draft report for each filing. You review it, export it, and file it yourself.
How we work
The reason behind every result
NorthEPR checks your data against each jurisdiction's own statute and shows the reason behind every obligation result and fee line, so you can verify it against the rule rather than trust a black box.
Honest about what is unpublished
Where a regulator has not published a fee schedule, we say so and label the figure an estimate or TBD instead of quietly printing a zero.
Drafts, not filings
For each filing that is a report, NorthEPR prepares a draft from your data. You review it, export it, and file it yourself. You stay in control of what is submitted to the regulator.
